By accessing or using nash Terminal ("nash", "the Software", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

nash is an opinionated, AI centric terminal application that provides command-line interface tools, AI-assisted workflows, and integrated development utilities for software developers. The Service includes the desktop application, bundled tools, documentation, and any associated online services.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use nash for your personal or professional development purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, or distribute the Software except as expressly permitted.

6. AI Features & Data

nash includes AI-powered features that may process your commands, code context, and terminal interactions to provide intelligent assistance. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is" and should be reviewed before use in production.
  • You retain ownership of your code and data.
  • We may process anonymized usage data to improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • AI features may be subject to rate limits and availability constraints.

7. Intellectual Property

nash, its logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of nash Terminal. The Software includes open source components which are governed by their respective licenses. All proprietary code, design, and documentation remain our exclusive property.

8. Fees & Payments

Certain features of nash may require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our pricing page and may change with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tiers may have usage limits that are subject to change.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NASH TERMINAL OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to nash at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Software will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
